Billecart-Salmon
It all started here in 1818 with the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, which laid the foundation for the birth of the champagne house. It's a real family story, as Elisabeth's brother Louis Salmon, who was a true wine lover, was also involved in the winemaking process. For seven generations, each family member has strived to continue the family tradition while adhering to the unchanged motto: "Focus on quality and strive for excellence".
