The Mezzacorona wine cellar is equipped with the most modern oenological technologies. There the grapes of the 1300 associated varietal winegrowers are processed. The Mezzacorona wineries are a showcase of production excellence. The wines ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, under the constant observation of the oenologists, who constantly monitor and control the evolution of the fermentation, the pumping over and the development of the organoleptic characteristics. Steel tanks, barrique barrels and all vinification materials are carefully maintained and are always state-of-the-art.
