Anselmi

The company was founded in 1948 by Almerino Anselmi: a large cellar for bottling and selling purchased wines, without land or vineyard. In 1975, his son Roberto, after completing his university studies, returned to the family to begin what would become his life's work. Roberto's grandfather had been an excellent winemaker between the 1920s and 1945, but unfortunately the economic crisis linked to the World War forced him to sell all the vineyards. Roberto immediately dreamed of buying back his grandfather's vineyards and creating a high-quality wine-growing area. First he leased and bought high-altitude land that had always been suitable for the production of white wine. After a few years, the dream became reality and the great adventure began.

Today, in addition to Roberto, his children, Tommaso in the cellar and Lisa, act as a link between the company and the market.
