Description
This champagne is an assemblage rosé made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and a red-pressed Pinot Noir.

The eye:
The champagne comes in a radiant soft pink with warm and golden nuances.

The nose:
Subtle, enjoyable aroma, a fine bouquet with notes of berries and citrus peel.

The palate:
A precise and elegant start followed by a finale with subtle raspberry notes and a nice freshness.
Producer
It all started here in 1818 with the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, which laid the foundation for the birth of the champagne house. It's a real family story, as Elisabeth's brother Louis Salmon, who was a true wine lover, was also involved in the winemaking process. For seven generations, each family member has strived to continue the family tradition while adhering to the unchanged motto: "Focus on quality and strive for excellence".
