This magnificent millésime rosé champagne was created in 1988 as a tribute to Elisabeth Salmon, the co-founder of the house. This rare and exquisite cuvée subtly shows the signature of the best growing areas for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The eye:
A strikingly luminous and lustrous salmon pink robe supported and encased by graceful beading.
The nose:
Crunchy berries, citrus peel and stone fruit. The exquisite feel of a rich and complex palette of flavors (fresh fig, roasted vineyard peach, almond macaron).
The palate:
Harmonious taste development (nectarine, cardamom) and a rich and classy character of mild spices, tart mandarins and long-lasting aromas of cedar and exotic precious woods in the mouth.
