Delivery times:
The delivery time within Germany is usually 3-4 working days after receipt of the order. If you have chosen PayPal or prepayment (bank transfer) as the payment method, the specified delivery time begins with the receipt of your payment.
For deliveries to other countries, the delivery time is extended by the period specified in the table.
 
Terms of payment:
The customer only has the following options for payment: advance transfer, invoice on delivery (for certain customer groups), payment service provider (PayPal or Klarna (only for private customers)). Other payment methods are not offered and will be rejected.
In the case of advance payment, the invoice amount must be transferred to the account specified there in advance after receipt of the order confirmation, which contains all the information for the transfer and is sent by e-mail. When using an escrow service/payment service provider, this enables the provider and customer to process the payment among themselves. The escrow service/payment service provider forwards the customer's payment to the provider. Further information is available on the website of the respective escrow service/payment service provider. The customer is obliged to pay or transfer the amount shown to the account specified on the order confirmation/invoice within 7 days of receipt of the order confirmation/invoice. Payment is due without deduction from the order confirmation/invoice date. After expiry of the payment period, which is thus determined by the calendar, the customer is in default even without a reminder. A right of retention of the customer, which is not based on the same contractual relationship, is excluded. Offsetting against customer claims is excluded unless these are undisputed or have been legally established.

Availability:
All items listed in the shop are in stock unless explicitly stated. For articles that only have a low stock, the available (orderable) stock is also displayed in the article view.

Year replacement:
The corresponding year is indicated for all articles. Accordingly, only the stated year will be delivered. There is no automatic year replacement. Should there be a shortage, we will contact you in advance to arrange a replacement year.

Special packaging:
Special packaging such as wooden boxes are indicated accordingly in the item description or designation. Only in these cases is the special packaging part of the delivery.
 

Shipping:
Domestic: The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €9.00. From a goods value of €85.00, we will cover the shipping costs.

Abroad: For all other countries, the shipping costs per package given in the table apply (max. 12 bottles up to 0.75 liters). For bottles with special sizes, the shipping weight and the associated number of packages result from a mixture of weight/volume. We DO NOT ship to Canary Islands!
 
Shipping days and exceptions:
We usually ship daily from Monday to Friday. In the summer and winter months, we reserve the right to suspend shipping on Fridays if extreme temperatures are to be expected for the corresponding weekend. Orders that are received and paid for by 2:00 p.m. on working days are usually dispatched on the same day.
 
Shipping company:
We currently only ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).
 
Delivery:
The goods are delivered by UPS from Monday to Friday during the day. You can follow the progress of the shipment via the shipment tracking link in the shipping notification.
 
Transport damage and wrong delivery:
We pack your goods unbreakably with certified cardboard boxes. However, should damage occur during shipping, we ask you to refuse acceptance, to have the delivery agent confirm the damage and to send the package back. Please inform us immediately about incorrect deliveries, missing quantities or breakage so that we can regulate the matter in your interest.
