Fattoria del Cerro in Acquaviva Montepulciano - Siena extends over 600 hectares, 181 of which are vineyards and with its 93 hectares of Nobile di Montepulciano vineyards it is the largest private winery producing this amazing wine. The different locations of the vineyards and the unique diversity of the soils give us the opportunity to select the best grapes to produce high quality wines. Prugnolo Gentile, the Nobile di Montepulciano grape variety, is a Sangiovese clone typical of this area, which over the centuries has adapted to the local growing conditions.
