In the middle of the Vulkaneifel, the four wind chime founders Sandra Wimmeler, Denis Lönnendonker, Rebecca Theis and Tobias Schwoll grow potatoes on their own farm. As one of the few manufacturers in Germany, they still use them to produce their raw alcohol entirely themselves using a special process developed by master distiller Holger Borchers. Their alcohol is characterized by a fine mild and slightly spicy note. Not only this unique approach makes the wind chime products so special. They are all made in traditional handwork. It starts with sorting the potatoes at the Weilerhof and ends with attaching the natural cork made exclusively for you from Portugal as well as the labels and flags. At Windspiel, quality, elegance and craftsmanship are just as important as creating very special moments of pleasure. For example, there is tonic water and a midsummer night's dream lemonade to go with their gin and sloe gin.
