Distilled from the best grapes, Vecchia Romagna is a typical brandy. Long storage in particularly small barrels contributes a lot to its character. Vecchia Romagna Etichetta Nera, the gentle one from Bologna, is Italy's leading brandy. It is distilled twice in the traditional way. It is then aged in Limousin oak barrels for at least three years, which gives it an unusual mildness.
