For elit, alpha alcohol is used without exception, i.e. alcohol that meets the highest standards of purity. This distillate is obtained from hand-picked wheat from our own fields. elit differs from all other vodkas in its unique method of filtration: the freeze-out process. The elit vodka is cooled to -18°C and then passed extremely slowly through carbon filters so that even the smallest impurities can be filtered out. This method of filtration requires an exceptionally high amount of time before the vodka can be bottled. The result is an exquisitely pure vodka with a special character.
