The evening downdrafts of the Mendola Mountains give the entire terroir of the St. Michael-Eppan winery their characteristics: they give the grapes those extraordinary properties that characterize the aroma, the unmistakable freshness and the longevity of the wines. St. Michael Eppan, the innovative winery on the South Tyrolean Wine Route, is not only one of the best wineries in South Tyrol, but also one of the leading ones in Italy.
