Inspired by the lemon gin recipe popular in the 1920s, Master Distiller Jared Brown refined the Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle recipe. The base is the traditional London Dry Gin, which is added with dried lemon peel, freshly peeled lemons and lemon verbena. Since the lemons are added via steam infusion, the fresh aroma is preserved particularly gently and intensively and gives the gin its light, flowery note.
