The linden tree played a major role in the Nibelung legend, when a linden leaf fell on Siegfried's back while he was bathing in the dragon's blood. Similar to the legend, the lime tree also makes the difference in the recipe of SIEGFRIED Rheinland Dry Gin - or Siggi for short. Linden blossom is the leading botanical and thus creates the symbiotic connection between brand and distillate.
Smell/nose:
Gentle citrus notes of bitter orange are accompanied by nuances of thyme, cardamom and juniper and thus unfold a harmonious complexity.
Taste:
The freshness of lavender meets spicy, earthy notes of ginger and angelica root and is rounded off by the subtle, warm character of lime blossom, which is what makes SIEGFRIED SIEGFRIED.
