The Sandeman Fino Sherry matures in small casks for at least 3 years using the Solera method under Flor, a surface yeast. It is pale straw yellow in color with shades of green and gold. Sandeman Fino Sherry has a fresh and spicy aroma with a delicate hint of almonds, which gives it an elegant and unique touch. The taste is slightly fruity, delicate and dry, ending in a lively and dry aftertaste. It offers the perfect accompaniment to seafood, sushi or oriental cuisine, but also as an aperitif and with salty starters and savory snacks. Can be kept for up to a week once opened.
