The eye:
Intense ruby red with light garnet hues and high density. It appears clear and luminous.
The nose:
High intensity, pure and balanced. It has a strong presence of black fruits, among which the blackberry stands out, typical of this variety. The protagonism of the aromas of new wood causes notes of bitter cocoa, strong coffee, cedar and smoky aromas that give depth and length to the wine.
The palate:
Powerful at the entrance, completely filling and enveloping. With a strong body, powerful tannins and considerable, well-integrated alcohol content, it achieves a perfect balance on its way. It leaves behind the taste of black forest fruits, blackberries and spices such as cloves and heavy pepper. Long, harmonious finish. All of this finally combines into smoky and slightly bitter notes, which give the wine great length and a lingering taste that lingers long after drinking. A complex and balanced wine that reveals all the potential of a long-aged Tempranillo.
Food Pairing:
Extraordinarily versatile, almost any western cuisine food: Spanish Paella & Tapas, steaks, gamey food, brisket, lamb, pork, grilled vegetables.
