This pure and powerful gin was supplied by the Hayman family and their ancestors to both the British Admiralty and the trade since 1863. The London-based company brought the gin to the Royal Victoria Yard at the Royal Dock, the largest of the three Admiralty Victualling Yards.
The Royal Dock, located at Deptford on the Thames near London, was built by Henry VIII in 1513. Over the next four centuries, the Royal Dock became a legendary site and the launch pad for some of the most important ventures in British naval history. From here, this gin conquered the whole world.
