Bright straw yellow and perlage of remarkable length.
The nose:
Impressions of apples, supported by tones of cookies and candied lemon peel. Pleasant hints of bread crust can be recognized in the notes of ripe fruit, which are due to the more than three years of aging on the lees.
The palate:
Fresh and lively taste, precious thanks to the velvety softness of the perlage. The scent of yeast joins the typical fruity notes of Chardonnay.
