The Winery
Castellare di Castellina was born from the union of four wineries (Castellare, Caselle, San Niccolò and Le Case) founded by Paolo Panerai with the aim of producing wine of the highest possible quality. It was the 1970s that saw the beginning of the so-called Renaissance of Italian wine, a Renaissance to which Castellare was able to contribute by combining tradition and innovation.
