a dense and elegant texture also supported by the important acidity of Sangiovese, the tannins are absolutely sweet and the finish is long and very persistent.
Food pairing: Excellent with cold cuts and hearty meats, succulent dishes and mature cheeses. Very appreciated in combination with Tuscan pecorino and parmesan.
