The Italian family company Caffo has a history dating back to the late 19th century. Guiseppe Caffo was a young master distiller who made pomace near Mount Etna. For years he gained experience in trading and in the management of a distillery until he finally bought a distillery in Santa Venerina on Sicily in 1915.
From the balanced combination of aromatic and medicinal herbs, first-class alcohol and the refined professional opinion of the beverage connoisseurs of the time, the tasty liqueurs were created, which have not lost their fame to this day.
