In order to preserve the integrity of the 12 botanicasl, the steam infusion process is slowed down and the distillation lengthened. This creates distinctive aromas and a spicier taste. An exceptionally smooth gin that can be enjoyed on its own, in a martini or in a variety of contemporary cocktails.
