Tasting Note:
Clear notes of vanilla with freshly cut grass, accented with hints of sandalwood and mace. Perfect harmony of flavors with beautifully integrated sweetness reminiscent of pecan pie. A warm, full-bodied and extremely spicy pleasure experience.
Between the 17th and 19th centuries, "bib & tucker" were considered the epitome of Sunday wear or the finest festive attire that had to be meticulously cared for. Since the same care is taken in the production of this unique whiskey, the aim was to revive this old, all-American term with the handcrafted Small Batch Bourbon.
The 46 percent bourbon is double distilled. First in a column still and then in a traditional copper still. The distillate - made from 70% corn and 30% rye & malt - matures for at least six years in fresh, charred oak barrels. This underscores the fine, elegant yet very complex notes of the bourbon. But not only the content is unique, the bottle is also provided with countless details that the Bib & Tucker Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is a treat for the eye and the palate in equal measure.
