The palate:
Soft and enveloping. At the beginning an explosion of flavors reminiscent of pomace, raisins, dried fruit and almonds. Then light notes of smoke, peat and malt. Long-lasting taste.
This grappa is a collaboration between the Berta family and Diageo, the world leader in the premium spirits segment. Two different cultures are combined into a noble grappa. The Italian grappa is matured in barrels in which fine Scottish single malt Scotch whiskey has previously matured. These casks are strictly selected and only come from the most prestigious Scottish distilleries Lagavulin, Caol Ila and Mortlach.
