Description
Cabernet and Merlot are considered top grape varieties worldwide. It is not for nothing that the most expensive wines in the world are pressed from the Bordeaux family. The prerequisite for this are excellent locations with minimal yields. For the production of the Cabernet-Merlot Sanct Valentin there are only very few, sunny individual locations in the catchment area of the winery. Extremely low yields and a great deal of sensitivity during vinification guarantee a fine drop with an astonishingly high concentration and beautiful tannin content. The Cabernet-Merlot Sanct Valentin is an incredibly dense, complex wine with soft tannins.
