Description
Through an extreme pre-selection of the grapes, combined with a careful development in the cellar and a successful assemblage, it was possible to achieve a true sensory symphony despite the adverse climatic conditions of the 2017 vintage. The contribution of each individual grape variety does not appear individually, but forms a powerful symbiosis.

The eye:
Brilliant color with yellowish, slightly olive-colored reflections

The nose:
Intense and complex bouquet of yellow flowers (gorse and lime), mainly white flowers (white drone and orange blossom) and citrus notes of tangerine and grapefruit. Rarely white currant and gooseberry.

The palate:
fine, elegant, almost velvety, carried by a crisp acidity and a mineral and piquant structure. Long-lasting with a nice acidity.

Consumption recommendation:
The perfect accompaniment to hearty fish dishes, including fried ones. Excellent with our traditional "Wiener-Schnitzel" or in combination with mushroom and truffle specialties as well as wild fowl. Can be combined very well with creamy cheeses with rind or mature cheeses.
