On contact with air, a pronounced variety of aromas with a whole range of spices, such as cinnamon and pepper.
The palate:
fleshy at the start. The wonderful ripeness of the red fruits and their fleshiness reveal themselves in a wonderful way. A creamy and at the same time richly structured wine. Its fruity aroma gradually finds a chalky, mineral freshness that gives the tasting lightness and harmony.
