A few kilometers from Montepulciano, near the village of Valiano, stands the ancient Le Capezzine estate. It is the heart of the company and has been faithfully restored. It includes spacious cellars for winemaking, cellars for aging and storage, the Vinsantaia the Frantoio (the oil mill), warehouses and offices. The property covers 19 hectares of which 7 hectares of vineyards divided as follows: 6 (Prugnolo Gentile) Albarello of vineyards in the "settonce" pattern; 1 dedicated to density experiments ranging from 2,000 to 8,500 vines per hectare with six different rootstocks, and finally 0.4 hectares are dedicated to growing old native varieties of Montepulciano and the surrounding area.
