Description

This salmon-pink rosé from Lake Garda combines notes of green apple, almond and hawthorn in its bouquet. On the palate, this composition of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera is refreshingly fruity, very elegant and also very pleasant due to a fine acidity.

The winery

The vineyards are in the immediate vicinity of Lake Garda. The mild maritime climate allows the grapes to be harvested late. To keep the water out of the vineyards, the Dal Cero family created small canals that automatically drain the vineyards.
