The Pinot Noir is not only one of the oldest grape varieties, but also one of the noblest. Native to South Tyrol for over 150 years, it is one of the most popular red wines. Thanks to the saignée method (gentle juice extraction from the mash), an excellent must is obtained, from which a fresh, fruity rosé with a surprising acidity is produced.
