Description
This popular grape variety is at home all over the world. But in the best vineyards in the municipality of Eppan, extraordinary grapes are produced that bring a noble wine to life with exuberant yet elegant power. This Chardonnay has been part of the top line Sanct Valentin since 1986 and represents one of the most important wines of the cellar. Perfect balance, correctly mixed acidity and excellent aging potential.

The eye:
Straw yellow with light green reflections

The nose:
fruity aromas of ripe fruit and vanilla as well as toasted notes

The palate:
powerful, mineral, unforgettable

Recommended consumption:
It goes very well with hearty recipes such as "mixed fried" fish, ravioli with porcini mushrooms, risotto with gray cheese. But it is also perfect for baked chicken or Milanese schnitzel.
