Ingredients (for 1 glass):
  • 4cl coconut cream
  • 6cl white rum
  • 2cl lemon juice
  • 8cl pineapple juice
  • 2cl cream
  • ice cubes
Preparation:
Pour ice cubes into a cocktail glass. Mix all the ingredients well in a shaker and then pour over the ice. Mint or pieces of coconut are suitable for decoration.
