Rosso e Freddo
An aperitif that not only tastes good before a meal.

Ingredients (for 1 glass):
  • 3cl bitter aperitif
  • 3cl vodka
  • cold tonic water
  • ice cubes
Preparation:
Put some ice cubes in a highball glass. Pour in bitter aperitif and vodka and top up with tonic water. Orange slices, for example, are suitable for decoration.
