Hugo

The ultimate summer cocktail, served in a white wine glass.

Ingredients (for 1 glass):

10cl mild sparkling wine, alternatively sweet white wine
5cl soda
2 limes
1 mint stick
2cl elderflower syrup
ice cubes

Preparation:
Eighth the lime and squeeze 2 eighths into the glass. Then crush the mint lightly and add to the glass with the ice cubes and a lime slice. Add sparkling wine (or white wine), soda and syrup and stir gently once. Finally, add a few mint leaves to the glass for decoration.
